– Sale price includes taking over security deposit as well as staff hostel deposit
– Full kitchen equipment and furniture (lock, stock and barrel)
– Current layout can fit 60-70 customers (excluding outside seating)
– Handover of recipe, SOP guidelines, supplier contacts

Option 2: Premise takeover with all kitchen equipment and furniture etc
